Coconut flower syrup is obtained by tapping the sap of coconut flowers. The aromatic, black-brown syrup is a particularly valueable sweetener used to replace agave syrup, honey or cane sugar. It containes vitamins, amino acids and minerals. Our coconut syrup comes from our Sri Lanka Fairtrade projects.
